  1. Nothing new in the pending cases in the courts/Director school education kashmir and it may swell to 30oooo thousand in next few years. Reasons are simple because you will see common teachers in the Direction office and all chief education officers dealing with these cases complex in nature. The teachers and masters have been picked up from various reasons and assigned the lob of law knowing persons so the ex-party decisions are expected and imminent. The teacher is a teacher and can impart education to the students and concept of law is out of his mind and this has become precedance in the school education Department for obvious reasons. Better would have been for the Director school education kmr. to moot a proposal with the govt for appointment of law officers professionally trained which only can show improvement. Similar is the case with chief education officer who too are not able to settle the cases due to lack of training and people are pushed to wall for years together. My appeal to the chief minister and the DY. chief minister who is also in charge education to appoint KAS cadre officers as chief education officers (Administration) and present chief education officers can work as chief education officers (Accademic) by converting/ abolishing Dy.chief education officers with no work but simply watch as mute spectators and their services can be better utilized in DIET’s and state institute of education kashmir..Once it is allowed to happen you will see improvement in results etc. and disposal of long pending cases with the know how of rules and regulations which our chief education officers lack being basically teachers. ( N.B….i do not like to hide my name and E.mail address as the story is based on facts and if the artile is published it will be more appreciated being the issue in the public / students as well. This will also curtail corruption prevailing in the deptt. to some extent….Thanks
