Four persons were injured in different road accidents, police said.
A Tavera vehicle (JK01R-6955) collided with a motorcycle (JK05D-6088) at PutKhah near Petrol Pump Tarzoo, in Baramulla, resulting in injuries to the Tavera vehicle driver, motorcyclist and his pillion mate. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard.
In another accident, an unknown motorcyclist hit and injured a pedestrian identified as Haji Khalil Ganie resident of Devsar. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Kulgam police has registered a case in this regard.
Police said two residential houses were damaged in two separate fire incidents in Awantipora and Srinagar.
In Awantipora, fire broke out in a joint residential house belonging to Abdul Wahab Malla and Abdul Gani Malla both son of Ghulam Mohammad Malla resident Tral-e-Payeen, , resulting in complete damage to house. Fire was brought under control by fire tender.
In Srinagar, fire broke out in the residential house of Firdous Ahmad Bhat son of Ghulam Qadir Bhat resident of New Theed Harwan, resulting in partial damage to the house. Fire was brought under control by Fire tenders.
