SRINAGAR 

As per reports, 80 private school students who had started vomiting after having tahree (turmeric rice) Wednesday afternoon in a school at Hafroo, Chadoora in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district has been discharged from hospital Thursday.

Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Budgam said the condition of the students is now stable.

After falling ill, locals rushed students to Chadoora hospital while others were taken to Delipora and local hospitals.

The doctors said the students are out of danger now. However, one of them was referred to GB Pant children hospital.

Meanwhile, sources said, a case has been registered and investigation initiated.
