Panic gripped apple town of Sopore in northern part of kashmir as a bullet-riddled body of a local resident was found in the orchards on the town outskirts Wednesday morning.
Police said bullet-ridden body of Ghulam Mohiuddin Sheikh (45), son of Mohammad Ramzan Sheikh, a resident of Edipora-Bomai, was picked up from an orchard of Brath village on the outkisrts of the town this morning.
The body was taken to Sopore sub-district hospital immediately but doctors declared him brought dead.
