Dukhtaran-e-Millat on Thursday denounced the alleged attack on the civilians and vandalizing of property by the forces in Hajin area of Bandipora district.

Reportedly, scores of youth were injured when Indian armed forces fired bullets and pellets on them on Wednesday and also smashed everything that came their way including vehicles, windowpanes and also set on fire many paddy grass stacks in the area, Dukhtaran said in a statement.

“One youth with a bullet injury in the knee has been admitted at SKIMS Bemina in Srinagar.”

DeM general secretary, Nahida Nasreen in the statement said that the men in unifrom unleashed a “reign of terror” in the area. “India and its occupational terrorists must understand that the resentment and anger against India and its forces will continue to grow among the youth in Kashmir as long as the repression and the terrorism of Indian forces continues in Kashmir,” she added.
