Three residential houses were damaged in a fire accident in Jamia Mohalla, Boniyar area of Uri tehsil on Wednesday afternoon.
An eyewitness said that fire broke out in three residential houses of Abdul Aziz Malik, Zahid Ahmed Malik and Ayas Ahmed Malik resident of Jamia Mohalla, Boniyar area of Uri tehsil.
“The fire was brought under control by the local police and Army, said a local resident, adding that it’s so unfortunate that the area lacks Fire and Emergency services.”
“Fire tenders reached the spot after the fire had damaged everything,” said a victim, Zahid Malik.
However the cause of the fire was not known yet, but the devastating fire has left nothing behind.
