Forces launched a Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) on Thursday morning in Jammu and Kashmir’s Bandipora district.
Reports said that 13 Rashtriya Rifles (RR), Special Operation Group (SOG) of Jammu and Kashmir police and CRPF launched a joint search operation this morning following a tip off about the presence of militants at village Garoora, Bandipora.
All exit points were sealed by the security forces and search operation was launched, they said, adding that so far, no contact was established with the militants.
