Srinagar: Our Hassan Khoyihami Memorial (HKM) Government Degree College (GDC) Bandipora is without basic facilities like road connectivity, drinking water facilities, well-equipped laboratories, fencing, playground and adequate classrooms.
The college has been established in the year 2005 in Putushai village of North Kashmir’s district Badipora.We request authorities to look in to the matter and enable us to learn in a dignified manner. This would help us to come out as learned students and we could serve in a better way.
