Nocturnal protests erupted in Kashmir University soon after news about the killing of three militants in Hakoora-Badasgam village of South Kashmir’s Islamabad district on Sunday evening.
Reports said that students assembled outside the hostel and started a protest against the killings.
Students raised pro-Pakistani and pro-Islamic slogans and later marched in entire campus and later dispersed off peacefully, reports claimed.
Reports also said that students also held absentia prayers for the slain militants.
