Mubashir Majid Baba, Doctoral Scholar, Department of Management Studies, University of Kashmir bagged best research paper award from Amity University, Noida at 18th International Business Horizon, INBUSH ERA WORLD SUMMIT, Asia’s Largest International Business Summit & Research Conference held in the Last week.

The award was presented to Baba by Prof. Deep Saini, Vice Chancellor of the University of Canberra, Prof. Tim Blackman,Vice-Chancellor of Middlesex University, London, Prof. Andrew Wathey, Vice Chancellor of Northumbria University, U.K, Prof. K.N.Satyanarayana, Director IIT, Tirupati and Prof. Gurvinder Singh, Group Vice Chancellor, Amity University. More than 500 Delegates from USA, UK, China, Malaysia, Japan, India etc. participated in the summit. The research paper was highly appreciated for its unparalleled analysis, framework, innovative handling, conclusiveness. It has been able to put forward new management thoughts and principles that will be a guiding force for the global economy. Mr. Mubashir Majid Baba and Dr. Mushtaq Ahmad Siddiqi, Associate Professor, Department of Management Studies, University of Kashmir also bagged the best research paper award under the track Organisation Behaviour and Management at Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi during One Day National Conference on “Rethinking Management Education in the Digital Age” held on February 10th, 2018.
