As the news of killing of three militants spread in and adjoining areas of Shopian district, massive protests erupted in which over a dozez youth have bene injured.
According to the reports reaching Kashmir Life newsroom, among the 13 injured, three have been referred to Srinagar.
Block Medical Officer Zainpora, Abdul Gani Raina confirmed to Kashmir Life that the three injured who have been referred to Srinagar have one bullet in abdomen, another hit by bullet in leg and third one was hit was pellets in eyes.
One of the youth with bullet injury was identified as Sareer Ahmad Bhat of Shermal.
Pertinently three militants along with two army men were killed in an overnight gunfight.
Meanwhile villagers alleged highhandedness of forces and said that forces ransacked their houses.
