Islamabad’s Sangam police post on Monday launched a drive against traffic violators and seized/challaned 19 vehicles.
The spokesman said during the drive, 12, two-wheelers and 2 light motor vehicles were seized and 05 more were challaned under Motor vehicle Acts, adding that the drive will continue in future as well.
The spokesman added that Islamabad police has appealed all the transporters and commuters to strictly follow the traffic rules and has sought public cooperation in adherence to traffic rules for the smooth regulation of traffic in Islamabad district.
