Safa valley project of 8 Boundaries Builders Pvt Ltd at Bhatindi Jammu has reached the final stage of its completion. This was stated its General Manager Amir Suharwardy in a joint press conference with top officials of J&K Bank at hotel Grand Mumtaz.
Lauding the role of J&K Bank, Amir said with the constant support of J&K Bank by hassle-free financing to our clients, we have reached the final stages of completion of our project at Bhatindi Jammu.”
While talking about the details of project, he said “our company committed on-time delivery of the project at the time of launch in Feb,2015 and we are moving in the direction to deliver 100 % on time “ and added “the company has not made any compromise in terms of quality at any stage during construction.”
Claiming it to be a revolutionizing project, he said “it is our first project to revolutionize the concepts of fine living in the state, we have emerged as the market leaders in Building and Construction maintaining quality, affordability and on time delivery as the key objectives “.
During the press meet, J&K Bank Executive President S&BD Surjeet Singh Sehgal, Vice Presidents Rakesh Gandotra, Manzoor Hussain and other senior officers.
Rakesh Gandotra and other members of the bank briefed the press about the M.O.U signed on September,2016 for business development in Housing Loan Portfolio of the bank with 8 Boundaries Builders for the said project.
He said “amid growing urbanization J&K Bank has renewed its focus on the housing sector in the state. Thus, providing hassle-free finance for housing needs of our customer through such tie-ups is part of the renewed emphasis. He also informed that the bank has already issued an appreciable number of loans in all the three regions of the state”.
