Srinagar: The civilian killings in Ganawpora village of district Shopian, South Kashmir sparked a protest in Muzaffarabad, the capital city of Pakistan administered Kashmir on Wednesday.

Reports said that hundreds of students of Kashmir University Muzaffarabad hit the streets and registered a protest demonstration against the civilian killings in this part of Kashmir.

Reports also said that hundreds of the students of Kashmir University Muzaffarabad marched from University campus and assembled at CMH Chowk, Muzaffarabad, Pakistan administered Kashmir.

The protesting students including females holding placards and banners seeking an end to innocent killings in this part of Kashmir, the protest rally was later joined by some pro-freedom and human rights organizations including International Forum for Justice.

The protesting students urged upon the international community to take note of the human rights violations committed by India in Kashmir.
