Congress’s leader in the Legislative Council R S Chib had written a detailed letter to the Chairman Amrit Malhotra seeking withdrawal of the order under which the five member penal was constituted to probe the land grab allegations against the Irrigation Minister Taj Mohi-ud-Din.
