A pedestrian was injured after he was hit by a Tipper on the Srinagar-Jammu highway near Awantipora area of Pulwama district Wednesday afternoon.
“A Tipper bearing registration number 5019-JK05A hit and seriously injured one Pedestrian Tariq Ahmad Wani son of Abdul Rashid resident of Sampora Panthachowk, Srinagar, reports said.
The injured was rushed to Sub district hospital Pampore for treatment where from he was referred to SMHS Srinagar in critical conditions.
Awantipora police have registered a case in this regard.
