Train service resumed on Sunday after remaining suspended on Saturday due to security reasons in the Kashmir valley, after the resistance leadership had called for a general strike against the Civilian killing by forces in Kulgam district.
“We have resumed train service in the Kashmir valley today,” a senior railway official said.
He said that the service was suspended on Saturday following directions from the administration and police for security reasons.
