Tral continues to remain in news. Sunday afternoon suspected militants lobbed a grenade on the house National Conference leader, Mohammad Ashraf Bhat.
According to reports, Bhat lives in Tral town of Pulwama and is son of former MLA of Tral Mohammad Subhan Bhat.
The locals of the area told Kashmir Life that a big bang was heard as the grenade exploded at the main gate of the residence.
Though the family of Bhat are safe, reports are one CRPF person has sustained minor injuries.
