Barely a few days after a top officer of fhe Ministry of Human Resources ruled out the role if any NGO in securing admissions or scholarship under Special Scholarship Scheme for J&K (SSSJK), the All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE) has come with an online way out for filing the forms.

For the 5000 scholarships available, the eligibility cretaria for the applicants is to be permanent residents of the state, having a yearly family income of less than Rs six lakh ruppees. All must have twelfth class or an equivalent passed. They can seek admission to degree level programs outside the state if Jammu and Kashmir.
