“The honourable judges of the supreme court of India are not unaware about the fact that Jammu & Kashmir is not any UP or Bihar like state of India but its status is totally different and unique. The final solution with regarding to the future of this state is yet pending and this region is in no way any legal part of India.”

The octogenarian leader said that the policy makers of India are actually employing different resources and machineries to dilute the disputed nature and special status of Jammu Kashmir and they are working on a set plan in this regard. “The NEET decision of the Indian supreme court should be understood in that perspective. The said court verdict looks a politically motivated decision which is directly linked to the status of Jammu & Kashmir.”

  1. Its very unfortunate that, every process looked into a prism of political dilution. When 15 % seats of every state own colleges are reserved for all india quota (it include students of J&K), where students of J&K studying in Bangalore, Chennai (southern states, which has most medical colleges in any region, most of them funded by respective states), but that consider to be a right of J&T, but when following NEET became politics (it is hypocrisy) . My state Tamil nadu which affected more than any other state of india, much higher than J&K (TN has more medical colleges in india), accepted the judgement/ opposing legally in the court. Our tamil medium students affected a lot in the middle of admission. But calling NEET as a process of diluting J&K is just a politically motivated statement, its dilutes the real problem of J&K. NEET will helps J&K students to get admission across india in both govt and private medical schools, increases the horizon of oppertunity
