As per a police spokesperson Budgam police has constituted a Special Investigation Team, SIT to investigate the case FIR No: 40/2013 u/s 376 RPC of Police Station Khan Sahib wherein four minor girls, who were reading in an institute headed by Gulzar Ahmed Bhat son Ghulam Qadir Bhat resident of Latter Chadur (Shamasabad) Khan sahib had alleged that they were repeatedly sexually exploited by Gulzar during their stay in the institute.
The SIT will be headed by Dy SP Khan Sahib.
Meanwhile, the remand of the accused Gulzar Ahmad Bhat was extended upto June 01, 2013. And the spokesperson has further said that one more victim has recorded her statement under section 164 CrPC before the Court.

Gulzar will be a free man in few months.Girls have themselves visited his place & that their statements(pir hypnotized them) can not stand in the court of law.Actually parents are to be blamed,how did they “kanjars” allowed their daughters to go & stay their for months together.
