wat abt PHE….water supply in srinagar n core downtown areas is seriously affected from last few days..taps r running dry…hav thy any plans to restore it r else thy want ppl to come out on roads create chaos before the supply is restored…witholding water is denying the basic right to life guaranteed by constitution… this is a humble appeal a human concern…plz restore water supply.
