The construction activities include the launching of girders at Nashri Viaduct-1 (Nashri to Lucky Dhaba stretch) and the installation of jet fans at Peerah and Tunnel T-5 on NH-44 by the NHAI.

An official order from ADC Ramban outlined the specific timings for the traffic suspension and entrusted the Police Department Ramban and Traffic Police NHW, Ramban, with the implementation to ensure public safety.

Despite these interruptions, the Srinagar-Jammu National Highway will remain open for the two-way movement of Light Motor Vehicles (LMVs) and heavy vehicles. However, traffic flow between Nashri and Banihal is expected to experience delays.
