The internship programme will help UNICEF interns gain experience from one of the world’s leading organizations. The knowledge and experience gained from the internship will aid interns in their professional development.

There is no stated deadline for the programme. Students can apply at any time of the year; however, early submission increases the chance of securing the internship. Students from any nation can apply for the programme. The internship offers learning and practical experience in humanitarian relief and international development. The internship duration is between six and twenty-six weeks.

Applicants should be undergraduates or graduates from any country enrolled in any graduate, undergraduate, or PhD programme. Candidates should be able to communicate in at least one of UNICEF’s working languages: English, Spanish, or French.

The internship offers a variety of benefits, such as a monthly stipend, assistance with living expenses, and a one-time payment for travel and visa fees. The required documents for the internship programme include a CV, cover letter, passport, academic transcript, and other documents. The application process involves searching for and choosing a job that matches the candidate’s skills and interests, reading the job description, and building a strong cover letter and CV.
