As has been reported earlier constable Shameem Ahmad Sheikh resident of Gurez at present Bandipora was injured in an attack on police party in Nowhatta. He was shifted to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Shameem is survived by aged parents, two brothers and two unmarried sisters. Later the body was laid to rest at his native place, Ajar Bandipora.
