Addressing an election rally at Gurdaspur in Punjab, bordering Kathua district of Jammu region, he said that the INDI Alliance partners will send messages of friendship and roses to Pakistan.

“The INDIA bloc leaders are talking about restoring Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. They want to hand over Kashmir to separatists again. They want terrorism back in Kashmir. They pose a danger to the security of the country,’’ Modi said.

He said the INDI Alliance leaders will send messages of friendship and roses to Pakistan while Pakistan will carry out bomb blasts.

“There will be terrorist attacks on the country but the Congress will say we have to talk. For this, the Congress has already started creating an atmosphere. Their leaders are saying Pakistan has an atom bomb. Their people are saying we will have to live in fear of Pakistan. These INDI Alliance people are speaking Pakistan’s language,’’ the Prime Minister said.

Asserting that the Congress has no faith in India, Modi said the scions of Congress tarnish the image of the country when they go abroad.

“They say that India is not a nation. Therefore, they want to change the nation’s identity,’’ he said.

He also referred to the construction of the Delhi-Katra Expressway to Amritsar-Pathankot National Highway besides Railways facilities, expressing his commitment to progress and prosperity of Gurdaspur and Punjab.
