SRINAGAR: Tragedy unfolded in Sopore on Tuesday evening when a woman, aged approximately 42 and the mother of three daughters, succumbed to a heart attack in this northern Kashmir town.
The woman had been experiencing severe discomfort, prompting her immediate transfer to the Sub District Hospital. Sadly, her condition had significantly deteriorated by the time she reached the hospital, leading to her untimely demise.
Official sources informed local news gatherer KS that the cause of her unexpected passing was attributed to cardiac arrest.
Dr Zulfiqar Sofi, the Block Medical Officer of Sopore, also confirmed to KS that the patient was already in a critical condition, and despite swift medical attention, her life could not be saved.
