Police carrying the dead body of British woman Sarah Elizabeth, 24, who was murdered by a Dutch tourist David Richard inside a house boat in Srinagar’s Dal Lake. Police arrested the Dutch tourist later from the Qazi gund area when he was feeling Kashmir valley after committing the crime on Saturday morning.
