A Kashmir women wailing after a British woman Sarah Elizabeth, 24, was murdered by a Dutch tourist David Richard inside a house boat in Srinagar’s Dal Lake. Police arrested the Dutch tourist later from the Qazi gund area when he was feeling Kashmir valley after committing the crime on Saturday morning.
