Two Tourists Among Five Injured in North Kashmir Mishap

   

SRINAGAR: Two tourists from West Bengal were among five people injured in a road accident in the Ferozpora Tangmarg area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday.

An official informed that the accident occurred in the Ferozpora area near a petrol station when two vehicles, with registration numbers JK01H 4183 and JK05L 6192, collided, resulting in injuries to five people, including three tourists.

He stated that all the injured were promptly taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

A police officer said that all the injured individuals are reported to be in stable condition.

He also identified the injured tourists as Mohd Abdis Saboor, son of Damin Ali, and Fareeda Yasmin, both residents of West Bengal. (KS)
