One person died and two others got injured in separate road accidents across Kashmir, police said on Monday.
A Truck bearing registration number JK03B/0368 hit a 10 year old girl Shaheena daughter of Habibullah Khan resident of West Bengal at present Kadlabal, Pampore, resulting in her on spot death. The body was handed over to her relatives after completing all legal formalities. A case has been registered in this regard.
In another accident an Alto bearing registration number JK13B/8485 collided with a Santro bearing registration number JK01L/0239 near Cheshmashai Ghat, Srinagar, resulting in injuries to Alto driver Shabir Ahmad Bhat son of Ghulam Mohammad resident of Khrew, Pampore and a passenger traveling in the Alto Farooq Ahmad Gojri son of Mohammad Jamal resident of Khrew, Pampore. Both the injured have been shifted to SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
