One person died while other three were injured in different road accidents across the valley.
In Baramulla, a Maruti car bearing registration number JK05B-1986 hit and injured a pedestrian Abdul Rashid Teli son of Mohammad Abdullah resident of Hanjiwara at NHW near Kripalpora Payeen in the jurisdiction of Police Station Pattan. The injured was shifted to Sub District Hospital, Pattan for treatment, wherefrom he has been referred to SHMS hospital Srinagar for further treatment, but on the way he succumbed to his injuries. Baramulla police has registered a case in this regard.
In Sopore, an unknown TaTa Mobile vehicle hit and injured a pedestrian Mehraj Ahmad Bhat resident of Mazbugh at Mazbugh in the jurisdiction of Police Station Sopore. The injured was shifted to Sub District Hospital Sopore for treatment wherefrom he has been referred to Srinagar for further treatment. Sopore police registered a case in this regard.
In Pulwama, a Safari vehicle bearing registration number DG/06-HD-8974, turned turtle near Khaigam in the jurisdiction of Police Station Rajpora, resulting in injuries to two persons Mahish Kumar and Nittu boarding the vehicle. Both the injured were shifted to SMHS hospital Srinagar for treatment. Pulwama police registered a case in this regard.
