SRINAGAR
A lady died while nine others were injured in different road accidents across the Valley.
A Truck bearing registration number JK03C/6615 hit a pedestrian Mst. Jameela wife of Abdul Hamid Mir resident of Khargund, Qazigund near Court Road Qazigund, Kulgam, resulting in her on spot death. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Tavera bearing registration number JK05C/2654 skidded off the road at Veerwan near Pandith Colony, Baramulla, in the jurisdiction of police station Baramulla, resulting in injuries to six passengers including driver of the vehicle. All the injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Maruti Car bearing registration number JK05B/2095 and Wagon-R bearing registration number JK05C/8354 collided on National Highway at Choor, Sopore, in the jurisdiction of police station Tarzoo, resulting in injuries to three persons. All the injured were shifted to Sub District Hospital, Pattan for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
