At least eleven people dead and several others were injured after a bus fell into a gorge in the Poonch district of Jammu region on Saturday.
Reports said that eleven passengers died and several others were injured after a bus bearing registration number (JK02W-0445) heading towards Poonch from Loran skidded off the road and fell into a deep gorge at Plera near Kalarpella in the district.
“Rescue and search operation is underway, while the injured passengers have been rushed to a sub-district hospital in Mandi for treatment,” an official said.
