Jammu and Kashmir government on Tuesday said that 1442 persons appointed under SRO 43 in the State during last three years.
In a written reply to a question of NC MLC DR Shehnaz Ganai, Minister Incharge GAD said that 1442 persons have appointed under SRO 43 in the state and 10 persons appointed on Compassionate grounds from amongst the victims of the ceasefire during last three years.
He said that 107 persons has appointed in Islamabad, 75 in Budgam,122 in Baramulla,30 in Bandipora, 35 in Ganderbal, 80 in Kupwara, 33 in Kulgam, 71 in Pulwama,116 in Srinagar, 25 in Shopian , 220 in Jammu, 88 in Kathua,61 in Udhampur, 28 in Reasi, 42 in Samba, 44 in Poonch, 90 in Rajouri, 41 in Ramban, 35 in Kishtwar, 53 in Doda, 20 in Kargil and 26 in leh.
He added that 527 number of cases under SRO 43 are pending during last three years.
