SRINAGAR: A 16-year-old boy was injured after being attacked with a knife by another youth in the Trehgam area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Tuesday evening.
An official said that the 16-year-old resident of Trehgam was attacked by another local youth for unknown reasons. “He sustained injuries and was immediately rushed to PHC Trehgam for treatment,” he said.
The motive behind the attack remains unclear, the official added, stating that cognisance of the incident has been taken, and further investigation has been initiated. (JKNS)
