A 20 year old youth was killed when forces opened fire at demonstrators in the north town of Baramullah on Tuesday.
Locals said that Tahir Rasool Sofi son of Gh Rasool Sofi was killed when army opened fire on protesting youth.
However, police denied to give any details.
