SRINAGAR:An 18-year-old youth from Bihar was found hanging in Basant Bagh Srinagar where he was living as a tenant.
The incident occurred on Saturday. The police brought him to SMHS Srinagar, where doctors declared him dead.
Further investigation has been taken up. (KS)
