SRINAGAR: An 18-year-old labourer from Bihar died after falling from an under-construction house in the Hyderpora area of Srinagar on Sunday, officials said.
The labourer was shifted to SMHS Hospital in a critical condition following the fall, but was declared brought dead by doctors on arrival, officials said.
The deceased was identified as Ram Parvaish Kumar, son of Ram Bini Mindal, a resident of Bihar who was presently living in the Rambagh area of Srinagar.
Police have registered the incident and launched an investigation to determine the circumstances leading to the fatal fall, officials added.
