SRINAGAR: A 19-year-old youth died on Tuesday after reportedly falling from his house in the Awoora area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, officials said on Wednesday.
Officials said that Adil Ahmad Mir, son of Ghulam Nabi Mir and a resident of Harkarpora, Awoora, reportedly fell from his house on Tuesday, sustaining critical injuries.
He was immediately shifted to District Hospital Kupwara, where doctors declared him dead on arrival, the officials said.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident, and further investigation has been initiated. (JKNS)
