Two Border Security Force (BSF) personnel are believed to have died after they slipped into a deep gorge in Macchil sector near Line of Control (LoC) in district Kupwara.
Sources said the BSF Avtar Singh and Satish Kumar were on patrolling duty when they slipped down to a gorge.
They added the body of Avtar was recovered while as efforts were on to reach Satish Kumar.
