SRINAGAR: Two persons died while two others are in critical condition after an Eco vehicle met with an accident at Kandi Morha in Kotranka subdivision of Rajouri district on Sunday.
Officials said the accident occurred when the vehicle, bearing registration number JK11D 7667, was travelling from Kandi towards Mohra.
Six persons were injured in the accident and shifted to Government Medical College, Rajouri, for treatment.
Two of the injured later succumbed to their injuries, while two others are undergoing treatment in critical condition. The remaining two injured persons are stated to be stable.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident and started further investigation. (GNS)
