Two persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Shopian and Islamabad, police said.
In Shopian, one person namely Zaffar Hussain son of Nazir Hussain resident of Rajdhani, Thanamandi fell from a vehicle bearing registration number JK02AS-2703 driven by Manzoor Ahmad Mir resident of Thanamandi at Sarbal in the jurisdiction of Police Station Herpora, resulting in injuries to the said person. The injured person was shifted to hospital for treatment. Shopian police has registered a case in this regard.
In Islamabad, a Scooty bearing registration number JK03E-9993 hit and injured a pedestrian namely Rehmat-ul-lah Khan resident of Sadikabad, KP Road at Sadikabad. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. Islamabad police has registered a case in this regard.
A residential house was damaged in a fire incident in Harwan area of Srinagar.
Fire broke out in the residential house of Mohammad Shaban Kumar resident of Kral Mohalla in the jurisdiction of Police Station Harwan, resulting in damage to the structure. Fire was brought under control with the help of fire tenders.
