Two residential structures were damaged completely in a mysterious fire at Marmat area of Doda on Wednesday.
“Fire appeared in one of the residential structures of Firdous Ahmed, son of Abdul Majid, a resident of Mangota, Marmat and engulfed other nearby residential houses of Abdul Majid, son of Gaga Wani.
Property worth lakhs of rupees was reduced to ashes. Reports said local people along with Police immediately rushed to spot and launched rescue operation to douse the fire. No injury was reported in these incidents.
