SRINAGAR: A 20-year-old girl, Anu Sharma, lost her life after suffering an electric shock in Sunetar Panchayat of Ramnagar Tehsil in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur district on Thursday.
The incident occurred when Anu accidentally came in contact with a live electric wire while performing household chores.
She was rushed to a nearby health facility but was declared dead on arrival. Her sudden death has left the entire village in mourning. (KB)
