SRINAGAR
A rabid dog on Friday afternoon bitted 21 people in the main town Kulgam district of south Kashmir.
An official from the Kulgam hospital confirmed the incident and said that all of them have been given a treatment at Kulgam district hospital. While two patients with a nose and Ortho fracture have been referred to Srinagar hospital for the specialized treatment.
