SRINAGAR: Police on Friday started investigation after a 24-year-old youth hailing from Dandesar village of Nowshera in Rajouri died under mysterious conditions.
The deceased has been identified as Ghulam Mustafa, son of Abdul Rehman resident of Dandesar village of Nowshera.
Quoting police officials, KNO reported that a youth was rushed to sub district hospital Nowshera after his health deteriorated where he was declared dead.
Police further said that after conducting post mortem examination and other medico-legal formalities, the body was handed over to the family for last rites.
Police said that investigation into the matter has been started and inquest proceedings under CrPC 174 have been initiated in police post Lamberi. (KNO)
