The day long Aala Trekking Expedition-2015 (An initiative to save Mountains & Promote Tourism) concluded here in Srinagar.
In the event, 250 students: boys and girls, from different schools took part.
“The trekking was flagged off by Mehmood Ahmad Shah (Director Tourism),” a statement by the trekking organiser said Saturday evening
Guests of Honour who were present on the occasion are Rauf Ahmad Tramboo (Sr Vice President JKSDA) Sheikh Tulal Ahmad (Manager Indoor Sports Complex) Riyaz Ahmad Wani (Trekking Expert) Sheikh Inayat, (Director Aala Group) and Tariq Rashid Ghani (President JKHSC).
Speaking on the occasion Chief Guest, Mehmood Ahmad Shah welcomed the initiative took by J&K Hussaini Sports Club in promoting Tourism by saving Mountains.
The event has been organized by J&K Hussaini Sports Club and sponsored by Aala Group (Hotels/Tours/Travels).
