Three youth who were pelting stones were injured on Saturday evening after army opened fire on them in Kareemabad village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

According to reports, an army party was stoned at Karimabad area of Pulwama by some protesters in the evening. They said that soldiers retaliated by firing injuring three.

The injured were identified as Faiz Farooq, Tanveer Hamad and Sajad Ahmad.

However, the injured trio were rushed to Srinagar hospital for the treatment and are said to be stable now.
