During the intervening night of February 4, fire broke out in the readymade shops of Muneer Ahmad Khan son of Abdul Ahad resident of Ganihamamat, Hilal Ahmad Wani son of Abdul Majeed resident of Sangri colony and Mohammad Irfan Dar son of Late Shafi Dar resident of Kakerhamam at Jehlum Market, Bus Stand, Baramulla, resulting in damage to all the shops.
However, no loss of life or injury was reported in the incident. A police statement said that the cause of fire is being ascertained.
